When you contact us we process personal data about you. In this section, we give you information about what the personal data is used for, purpose and legal basis for our processing and how long we keep it. 1. What is personal data?

We process personal data about your when you contact us via e-mail or white mail with questions or enquiries. We also process personal data about you when we document information you give us when you contact us by phone. The personal data we collect and process is your name, addresses, telephone number and email addresses. Some of the information that you give us may also relate to your health.

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

3.1. Respond to your requests
We process your personal data in order for us to be able to communicate with you in response to questions and enquiries you send to us. The legal basis for our processing is a balancing of your interests of protection for your personal integrity against our interest in being able to communicate with you. We deem that since you have initiated our dialogue, it does not include an infringement of your integrity for us to communicate with you. Personal data that we process for this purpose is stored for as long as necessary for the purpose of communication within your request but at most 3 months.

3.2. To comply with laws, for example reporting of adverse event information
Some of the information that you give us may also relate to your health. Data related to adverse events is particularly sensitive and we process it on a legal basis and save it according to EMA Guideline on good pharmacovigilance practices (GVP) Module VI - Management and reporting of adverse reactions to medicinal products.

3.3. To consider your application for employment
We process your personal data when you send us applications for employments. The legal basis for our processing is the agreement for employment to be entered into between us. We process your applications for as long as necessary manage any employment process but at the longest 3 months after receipt of your application.

4. Who do we share your personal data with?
We will not share your personal data with third parties. For some provision of services and for some internal management of personal data, we use sub-processors. In such cases we always ensure that we have a valid data processing agreement in place with the sub-processor. We require the sub-processers to ensure the same diligence and care as we do when we process personal data.

5. Your rights
You have the right to, at any time, control, correct, update, limit or delete your Data. We will treat your request as soon as it is reasonably possible and at the latest a moth after receipt of the request. You will be notified if there are circumstances that will delay your request.
